A borrower is a company. It gets a folder of its own straight away, and an id that is minted once and never given out again.

ℹ The name is what everyone sees and what the address bar is built from, so it has to be different from every borrower already here.

ℹ It appears empty in the tree until you put something in it, which is how you can tell it worked.
